These are great. They are comfortable, never leak and affordable.

But if you want something that can handle more, and is cooler in the summertime than "protective underwear," I think you've found your answer.My problem with most guards is that they're too small to handle anything more than the smallest releases in anything but a standing position. There just isn't enough coverage. It's less about thickness and capacity than about width and overall size. If you want there to be pad everywhere your penis is, in any position, this is the best I've found.In addition to the width of the pad, the leak guards are helpful in not only containing leaks until they can be absorbed, but also in keeping your penis in place.The only reason I didn't give these 5 stars is that I'd love it if the pad extended a little further backward. The pad stops in the crotch, just behind your scrotum, but a little bit more and it would create a cup that would keep larger leaks in check until they could be absorbed. That would be nice, but also unprecedented for a product like this.Still, these pads are soft, absorbent, and more comfortable than the Depend Real Fit underwear that, while great, are a little hot when the weather gets warm.-RMS

It is hard to admit that some of us have a light incontinence problem and I admit I do. I have tried every product out there both in the drug store and on many sites. I found this product on Amazon and my issues with poor fit and leakage has ended. If you wear Briefs (Tighty Whities) this works perfectly. It clearly was designed for the male anatomy and not just a copy of a female product.Thank you Abena and I now have scheduled subscription service through Amazon for this product.If you are male and have a leakage problem regardless of cause I urge you to try this product.

Works well with the underwear made by the same company otherwise I don’t know how you would use it

These are very similar to Tena but are 3 times the price. Not worth it.

Very absorbent and comfortable. Doesn't leak like the smaller gaurds the only thing is it does not control odor like others.

Too spendy. Tena men's are better.

Changed previous review. To better then tena. Tena are great but don’t hold wetness like these do. These are used for an adult who is incontinent very great for traveling to keep him dry.
