Big Joe Media Lounger Foam-Filled Beanbag Chair, Black

Finally got it out of the box today to get it in the house. I bought this to use as an extra set up bed for when I have to spend the night downstairs for an emergency. Got tired of sleeping on the roll away bed of torture. Do believe this is worse yet. My plan was to put it upstairs and bring it down when needed. IT's waaaaaaaaaaay to heavy to get up the stairs and just trying to move it is almost impossible. Plus you need really wide doors to get it even in the house. It is now sitting on my porch. Will have to give it away because there is no way I am going to try and stuff it into my house and back out on the porch when I need it. Roll away of torture is easier.I wanted to update and change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Managed to make a space for it in my living room and I have been using it. It is very very comfy and so much better then my bed. I spend most of my nights tossing and turning due to pain and while laying on this I don't need to toss at all. Plus it helps to ease a lot of my pain. If you have room for it and you do not need to keep moving it then this is a great buy. I have a giant blob in my living room that looks odd but honestly I do not care. It helps to much with my pain.

I've had this for a little over 3 years. I actually ordered another brand from Facebook and Big Joe brand is by far the most comfortable! The memory foam pieces inside were uniform and small giving the comfort while in it. Every 3 days or so I will fluff it back up as to keep it soft. The material is like a smooth canvas type and after three years the seams have held up considerable. There is a zipper so you can take the memory foam out and wash it. When I moved I got a vacuum storage bag for a queen bed, put the Big Joe bag in it vacuumed out all the air, brought it down to 1/4 the size and put in my car. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Update: I just purchased another lounge size one and they come with a cover, no need to remove all the memory foam!

A friend's child accidentally peed on it, shedding light on the fact that it was not a good idea to buy a beanbag without a removable cover for the purpose of SAVING money. The zipper would not open and the smell would not leave regardless of how hard we tried to get it out. Had to toss it. Luckily, my friend was kind enough to offer to pay me the cost. I went ahead and put the money toward a 5-foot Cozy Sack (about fifty dollars more), which has a removable cover. The 6-foot Fuf turned out to actually be a bit under 5 feet. I haven't gotten it yet, but according to reviews the Cozy Sack seems to be more true to the advertised size. We'll see how it goes.Otherwise, the material of the Fuf was a bit rougher than I expected. It wasn't unbearable or even very noticeable after sitting for a few minutes. I think it would have gotten better over time (I only had it for about a week).All of that being said, I would have kept if it was not for the accident. It was pretty comfortable, and I think it would have gotten better over time (esp considering other reviews). Probably would be great for someone who is unlikely to have spills/accidents on it.

This thing is so comfortable! I bought it as extra lounging space in my bedroom/extra seating for my apartment and I am in love. My friends fight over it when they come over and several have tried to "sneak" it out of the apartment when they leave.First and foremost, this thing is HUGE. I saw pictures and saw a lot of people say the same thing and still didn't believe them. Believe all of the reviews that say it is huge because it is. Even though it was bigger than I expected, it still fits the space I had for it perfectly. I use it practically everyday for lounging, sitting, reading, watching tv, doing work on the computer, and have even slept in it a few times (best naps ever!)The material is as expected--not uncomfortable to lay on at all or scratchy.It did have a little bit of an odor (just smelled like plastic/foam) when it first came out of the box but now it smell fine (couple of sprays of febreeze for the first week or two and letting it air out did the trick).I haven't had any issues with "hard plastic pieces" that other reviews have talked about--I also haven't opened it up to see the inside; frankly, I don't care if it's true "memory foam" or not--the foam is comfortable, it holds its shape, and it doesn't flatten out like other bean bag chairs or foam chairs.Anytime it seems to be getting flat (aka I've used it all day--it's not really flat but it's held the same shape) I just turn it over a few times and fluff it back up and it's back to being the giant bean that it is.It is a little hard to move around (it's huge and sort of heavy) but I've found that if I move it while it's holding a flatter shape and not big and round it's a little bit easier.I wish I had bought something like this sooner--it's comfortable and I use it every day!

Great quality, very comfortable, soft its like sleeping on a cloud worth the money

Received my bean bag chair, it came with a weird smell that I haven’t been able to get rid of and it’s a extremely uncomfortable. Whatever they filled the material with is lumpy feeling, and hard. Doesn’t sink in like in the pictures. I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

Discovered a hole in it a few days after receiving it as well as another seam that is close to going as well, unsure how I’m supposed to return something of this size as I got rid of the package

Don't get me wrong it's comfortable..But it lasted two days, and ripped, twice..
