Great
Its great. the only thing that I didn't like is the fact that its not clear how to use it. there are several options on using it and it took me a minute to figure out which is best for me. mirror/storage/backup. I'm still not sure I picked the right option. but it works great. super fast and definitely worth the money!

Fast reliable and easy to use
Used it to back up my main hard drive in case of drive failure. Now I want to swap my main hard drive with an SSD drive. It’s so much faster

Nice compact SSD that will scare you at times
I've been using this drive for a while now and though it has been working fine it has given me plenty of scares. Often it takes some time for the files with my backup to show in the file explorer. They've always been there so far, but it's not so comforting.I bought it at the same time as a VectoTech thinking it was my safe bet because I had good experiences with Seagate in the past and I knew nothing of VectoTech. Turns out VectoTech has been the more solid of the 2. It is larger than this Seagate but hasn't given me the scares of lost data.As far as actual performance speeds I get similar from both, typically around 40mb/s if I'm just transferring individual files. I rarely see anything higher unless I'm transferring straight from my laptops SSD to another SSD; on these rare occasions, I see around 120mb/s so the peak speeds mean just about nothing to me. I'm after the stability and small form factor of the SSD.

Does the job nicely
As a photographer lugging around a laptop with limited built-in SSD storage space, this augments the system in a great way. 2TB of additional SSD space holds all of my photographs including the "space hog" Lightroom catalog.

Great upgrade!
I'm using this drive on my XBox One and what a difference it's made so far! Much faster loading times on games and graphics.

Fast drive, excellent for use on XBox One X.
As mentioned in other reviews incredibly fast read and write speeds. I mainly use it on my XBox One X for gaming.

Easy to use, very compact size
Silent, very quick data transfer. Doesn't heat up at all. Lots of storage space.

Worth the Price
For 2TB, it is a surprisingly good price compared to in store. I already filled up the 2TB and might consider another one. Right now solid state external hard drives are the best of you want piece of mind your data will be stored correctly.
