Great for pipe repairs
This is a life saver. Also saves money that I don't have to give to a plumbing contractor.

Not sure why it started leaking.
I installed it to replace a leaking one. It worked fine for a few weeks and then started dripping. Not running, just dripping. I made it hand tight. I'm kind of a big guy at 6'4" and 275 lbs. I don't think I should put pipe wrenches on it, as I don't want to break it. I shut the supply off to it and will dig into it again when I have time to troubleshoot. Kind of disappointing.
