love it except the shoe is too narrow
The shoe is just what I wanted, love it except the shoe is too narrow. I am so disappointed and wish I didn't have to return it. Giving it a 4 because it is a beautiful shoe.

Perfect basic pump
This is a great shoe for me for everyday work wear. Perfect mid heel height, my usual 8.5 size fits well, very comfortable. I love Cole Haan shoes!
