Tunze Turbelle NanoStream Pump 6015

I was looking for something to create a natural current in my 75 gallon freshwater tank. Installed near the heater to move warm water around tank on opposite side of canister filter intake. This pump is perfect not too much flow. I love the rubber insulation magnetic mount which makes it virtually silent in the tank. Bought a Hydor and returned it within a day because of the poor quality build and noise factor. I would recommend this pump

So far it's been running non-stop for over 1 1/2 years with repeated algea build up and other restrictions. This 6015 size has been working well in a 40 gallon planted aquarium running at the surface for circulation without excessive disturbance to the plants

It's a good quality pump, doesn't run perfectly silent but as long as it's kept fairly clean of debris, it's not too bad. I'd say it's on par with most similar design pumps as far as noise, longevity, and controls goes.

Bought it to replace some smaller hydor korillias that rattled a lot. This has great build quality, great flow, and completely silent.

My cichlid tank suffered a die off while I was away due to the malfunction of a cheap Chinese feeder. That and the constant replacement of Chinese powerheads led me to start over with only German made components. For my 55 gallon Lake Malawi Cichlid tank I use a Tunze Turbelle 6015 and a 6025 I have had for 8 months now for circulation. A German heater with a separate controller, an Eheim 2013 I have had for 30 years and an Eheim Professional II that is probably 20 years old. Don't skimp. Quality made costs more but the life of your pets are at stake.

Very quiet operation. The flow is wider than a Hydor Koralia Nano 240 which is great to maintain water movement without the hard push. Highly recommended for anyonw with a nano tank. Favorite part of this pump is the magnet assembly. The magnets hold the pump firmly in place. Love the design. Compact and powerful.

Works as described. Quiet due to rubber feet that isolate it.

Great powerhead/pump for the money. I've used Tunze products for years and they can't easily be beat for the money. Wide flow pattern with great flow rate. Also the magnet holds the pump in place nicely and the circular design makes changing directions easy.

Was vor allem ins Auge sticht die hervorragende gute Energieeffizienz dieser Strömungspumpe. Nutze diese für ein afrikanisches Buntbarschbecken 250 ltr. Ich kann diese Pumpe nur empfehlen und würde diese wieder kaufen. Man sollte auch die Energiekosten im Blickfeld des Aquarium Hobbys beachten. Wünschenswert wenn auch in Zukunft andere Hersteller diesen doch wichtigen Aspekt bei neuer Technologien in der Aquaristik mit einbeziehen.
