I'm updating my original reviewI purchased this light back on 03/01/2022, but in less than 2 years it's began to malfunction. ~14 days ago it began to go dim intermittently. I've followed the steps to reset it, but it doesn't hold the brightness for very long and goes dim almost immediately!After contacting Tunze to place a claim, the representative was extreamely understanding and supportive. He then shipped me a replacement fixture, which is currently worrking great!!!

Paid full price for an obviously used product. The box had been opened previously and crudely taped back together. Box was in terrible condition.

This light was exactly what I needed to replace old lights on oceanic 14 gallon reef cube. However, it stopped working after 4 months. I use this light for my frag tank and now must rush out to try and find a replacement.I expected this light to last longer for the price.

Fantastic LED light.

I bought two of these lights and the controller to be my moonlight after replacing my Kessil led's with t5 fixture. Very sleek installation and produces lunar phase cycles automatically. The light has a very small dedicated "moonlight". I found it didn't provide enough light for my liking but the controller has an easy to use option to set the standard lights to function as moonlight. Only complaint is the light flickers at very low setting. When lunar phase gets near the new moon cycle there is a small amount of flickering that resembles the lightening feature. I find it tolerable and it only happens two or three nights out of 28. Also wish the controller app worked with mac. I ended up buying a windows computer just to program the controller. Controller sold separately. Overall I'm happy and plan to leave it on my tank.
