I am sold on monolaurin
I am sold on monolaurin. A few years ago, I had a Doctor recommend it to ward off a cold or flu. Now when the kids get sick, I immediately get them on a high dose of monolaurin for five days, along with vitamin D3 and those two combined shorten the duration of anything they have.

Wish it wasn't so expensive, but, seems legit. Flavor is very mild when caps are opened, much less spicy than the ultra monolaurin product that was probably super bad for me. After going through that, I was scared to risk buying another low quality product. The pellets are pretty consistent in size and texture; I opened maybe 6 caps so far and one of them had one or two triple sized clumps while the other 99.9% of the powder was perfectly consistent I went with them because their Bilberry blew me away and they are now 2 for 2 in my books for premium products.
