As the title suggests, this is a poor performing phone. Maybe I got unlucky and purchased a faulty one, which can happen. However, this phone was very slow to start (even when I had it on fast start-up settings) Very frustrating if you needed to make a quick call. I would have to switch it on 10-15 minutes before I had to use it.The battery % would drop very dramatically at times. I would check the battery life and it would be at 70-80% but when I came to use it 30-40 minutes later the level had dropped to 0% and switched off. This would happen even with all the apps closed. Using an app would consume up to 20% in one use.Camera was slow when using Messaging slow to start, even Whatsapp, which is all I eneded up using the phone for, took ages to start-up. The touch screen hardly worked unless you gave it a reaaly hard jab with your finger, and after a while part of it didn't respond.Waste of money after 15 months.

This phone has been a problem from the very beginning. It’s fairly straightforward to operate but we’ve had continuous problems - WhatsApp refusing to allow my daughter any storage at all, photos not sending of receiving, audio files not sending or receiving, calls not being allowed, no internet while out of the house, SIM card not being recognised, phone not updating time zones. We’ve been battling with this phone since May and today I finally admitted defeat and bought her a Nokia, because at least I can trust a Nokia to provide the basics. My advice is to avoid this phone for everyday use. Maybe it’s useful as a temporary phone, but for anyone used to using social media and actually being able to communicate with others, it’s not a great option
