This is an amazing product. It's lightweight. It has a very light smell. It made my Banana Bread rise perfectly, it also is aluminum free became firstly packaged, it's an amazing price. You can't beat the price, it has 0 fat in it. 280 mg of sodium is only sodium bicarbonate. Complete straight baking soda. Nothing else you get the best. By date on there and you get the lot number if you don't have a lot number on any type of food products, supplement or vitamin or dog product you have an issue. Because you can't track where it came from. They're hiding something they hide nothing on this. This company has been around for many years. This is a very finely ground powder. All of this baking soda for such a great price, knock me over with a feather. Upon opening the bags, it smelled fresh ( no scent ), ease of use without fumes or blowback dust particles. This is flour as it was before it was ruined by corporations and it's from wheat not grown in fields that formerly grew cotton. It is so pure that the bread I made with it tastes like cake. It's expensive but worth every penny. I will keep buying it.
