so easy to use brilliant results
Tried supermarket brands but these were disappointing , So bought this to try , mixes easy both by hand and machine , rolls easy without breaking or crumbling , cooks with brilliant results and even better tastes lovely Fully Recommended

McDougalls Shortcrust Pastry is very good you don’t seem to be able to buy it in the shop
No dislike whatsoever not like some pastries.Excellent texture and taste I used to buy smaller packs from the shops but for some reason over the last few years you can’t.

The only one thing when i took it out of box the pastry bag was torn at bottom but manage to rebag the pastry mix

not used this as yet but planning rhubarb pie this week. Expiry date of February 2024 - very good
