Will this fit a 2019 f350 sxt crew cab?

Yes it will. See this: https://www.amazon.com/ECOTRIC-Underseat-Organizer-Compartment-SuperCrew/dp/B07G9VRC3X/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=underseat+storage+f350&qid=1578572143&s=automotive&sr=1-3

Will it fit 2020 f250 crew cab. Mentions only thru 2019.

I don't think the rear seat arrangement changed from 2019 to 2020. I'd venture to guess it will fit.

Does this fit the 2018 XT with the power inverter under the rear seat?

Fits my 2015 with the power inverter.
