Failed after 11 months - Bad Support under Guarantee
My Powerjack Inverter failed after 11 months. Powerjack refused to honour their guarantee - free parts for a failure in under one year. Instead, they insisted that I paid for the parts. When I got the replacement circuit board it was different from the original board. I made repeated requests, over a two month period, asking them to send me connection information. They have ignored all my requests for connection information. My inverter is still not working because I cannot connect the new board.
