If you plan to use this as deterrent for defending yourself in some sort of insurance claim forget about it! The video quality is so poor you won’t be able to make out who’s driving another vehicle or even grab video of another cars license plate. This gets worst at night time. In my opinion if you want video proof that there are vehicles behind you or in front of you while you’re parked or driving then look no further. Add to cart and confirm purchase! The video quality is poor, again, it won’t be able to definitively identify faces or license plates. It will just capture other vehicles cutting you off and giving you the chance to relive that moment when you pull up the grainy video on your computer. Can't make out faces of people walking on sidewalk. This is a worthless product. It just records shapes in grainy detail. grainy during daylight, terrible at night.

Installation -- Very easy to install. It even comes with clips for the wire reaching from the front of the car to the back so it doesn't get loose and in the way. MicroSD card was not included so I had to order one off Amazon but no biggie, they are cheap.Aesthetics -- The cameras are compact, modern, and sleek. The black wires mesh well with the color of my car interior.Video -- The video quality is amazing. 1920*1080 is more than I'd ever expect for a dash cam. The image is crystal clear on the camera display and looks just as nice when I view it from my computer. Although the cameras are small, the viewing angle is wide enough to capture everything in the front and the back.Features -- Parking mode is great. I can conserve memory when my car is stationary. I set my G-sensor to low and haven't experienced any issues yet.

Works really good as a dashcam and rearview combo. Very easy install. It's powered entirely by USB - a cig adapter is provided as are install tools like a headliner pry tool to tuck away the cables.The controls are significantly more intuitive than my previous Chinese dashcam. Control and function buttons are laid out only on one side of the screen. Documention was written by someone familiar with the English language. So far I'm very happy with it for the past few weeks, will update if any quirks.

Got this product after my friend got into an accident and his dash cam saved him. I've been searching around for a good dash cam that allows both front and rear views in the event that I do get rear ended, and this product definitely worked and more. For one, it's simple to use. Plug and play. The controls are easy to figure out with the included manual and I paired this with a 64 GB SD card. The camera offers loop recording that overwrites old files. In the packaging, they provide a wire long enough to wire through the headliner of your roof or under the carpet if you desire (For the dash cam in the rear).The front dash cam (main dash cam) has exceptional vision at night even on a dimly lit road. I will keep monitoring the product as time goes and update this post accordingly, but so far, it's a great product.

I have been looking for a dash cam, based on the good review of this item, I decided to give it a try. This product was shipped to me very quickly. It is packed very well, very user friendly, easy to install, I got it up and running in no time. Product has been working well. Will recommend it.

I like the mounting to the suction base by magnets so if you want to take it down to fiddle with the buttons you can just tilt it toward you and it comes off of the suction base without removing it. Because after you get it to stay finally you don't want to take it off the windshield. It will occasionally fall off anyway. I don't know if there is a firmware update to take care of the gaps in the recording but I'll check with customer service. I had called them when originally setting it up and they were somewhat helpful and spoke English well. I just had a rock fly up and crack my windshield but of course, when you want it to record something it isn't. You have to check the red light near the screen to see if it's blinking, if it isn't then it isn't recording. I've noticed that sometimes I get into the car and I have to turn it off and back on to get it to record. Also, the button that's supposed to save the recording from being erased doesn't do anything and if you try to turn it off it just keeps turning itself back on. I have to pop the card out to make sure it doesn't record over an event I want to keep. Does anyone make one of these that works like you want it to? I had a mirror cam before and my arm would hurt while trying to navigate through the menu while it was on the mirror, that's the whole reason I got this one because you can easily detach it and work with it in your lap as I said.

Is been two weeks since I got this and started using it right away. So far I'm very happy with the quality and performance of the device. Does all the basic stuff very well. I haven't tried night vision yet but I rarely drive in nights so no issues for me.

Excellent quality you really feel it in your hand and the picture quality is superb I really recommend this product.
