The LOVEHOME Lumbar Pillow is fantastic! I’ve used it both in my car and on my office chair, and it really helps with lower back support. The cushion is firm but comfortable, and it keeps you sitting in a better posture without feeling awkward. Excellent quality and works for me because of my medical condition ... I suffer from a herniated L5/S1 disk and facets at l3 l4 l5 causing nerve root pain ... Not fun at all. I am uncomfortable in most cars that do not provide leg room to extend my legs (6'3") my car does. Back support in most cars leaves you slouched or lumbar option pushed to hard and causes facet pain when arching lower back . His one is just right as in gently supports and conform giving me just 2-3" is more than I need . I test drove them several times last couples days after I received them. They provide a gentle soft support that forms to the lower back ... I already have sports seats in my BMW, but felt that I needed that extra lumbar support . I tried the other very popular on Amazon selling for less ( good quality but firm ...too firm for me ) it's a good one too, and my daughter uses it now in her car . I am being very specific as you may have s similar back issue or you wouldn't be reading this ! The elastic is adjustable and comes with an extension ( didn't need it for my seat ) .. A trick that may be obvious to some ...after attaching the strap on the back, lower the strap as low as you can on the seat back almost at the bottom that meets the seat bottom ... Making the pillow conform better to seat vs sitting far and being pushed forward by your car seat lateral support ( you will understand better when you try it ):) All in all a good choice for my painful condition,

Like the comfort and support it gives my lower back, don't care much for the straps, I like to be able to used this cushion in other chairs other than my office chair, so having the straps would of been a problem for me, I ended cutting off the straps. The foam is just right, not too soft and not too firm.

My mom has had one of these for years, so purchased one for my dad. Both parents have bad backs & have back fusions. This helps them sit comfortably on the couch for long periods.

I drive a mail truck for a living and the seats in the truck are about 30+ years old. That translates into 0 lumbar back support. I bought a mesh support from Amazon and gave it a try. It did give me the support I needed but the metal frame that supports the mesh is wide and was in the way of my elbows which were hitting the frame constantly. The funny bone is not all that funny when you hit it 50 times a day. It's not that funny hitting it once a day....so I decided I needed a soft side support and bought the Love Home Memory Foam support. I knew that the memory foam would condense and that would compromise the support that these things are made for but my elbows needed a change so I bought it any way. At first the support feels nice but within a short time the weight and heat from your back cause the device to shrink and you lose most of your support so this one doesn't work for me in my truck.I went back to the mesh model and tolerate the bruised elbows for now. However, I do find that it is the perfect depth for my neck when I lie down flat or on my side so it may be useful as a pillow for me. My head doesn't weigh enough to condense the foam very much. Those of you with large brains may not find this to be the case. :) I gave it three stars because I may have another use for this pillow but for back support I don't recommend it.

I have these pillows in both my car and house, and they’ve made a huge difference in my comfort. They are especially helpful during long-distance drives, providing excellent back support. The pillows are well-constructed and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone with back problems.

Great item and shipped fast

I work at a very old desk, and use a very old wooden chair. This was easy to attach, and I no longer have an aching back. Problem solved. I wish it came in more colours.

Received a fake product. Product does not have the authentic tag from love home. Also, the real product has two straps yet the item I received only has one. Do not waste your money on this.
