Nurse Mates Quarky Lightweight Clog

These are fabulously easy to wear, lightweight clogs. They seem to mold to my feet and stay on better than other clogs have for me in the past. The size seemed spot-on, too. I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9. I purchased the 9 and while it will easily accommodate some thick socks, I don't have to wear them for the shoes to fit perfectly. These shoes are quite cozy, too. Sometimes in the summer my feet can get a bit too toasty in them, but when it is cool out they are exactly right. I have them in white and in black and am planning on purchasing the navy to match some scrubs. I've had the white pair for 10 plus years and although they are a little dingy from where I have worn them gardening, they are still great to wear around the house.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law ... She asked for a pair of clogs for working outside ... I read on a revew that the WM sizing was for NARROW!! PERFECT as her feet are narrow, and she loved them AND the narrower fit ... ^_^ ... They fit perfectly! She put them on and wore them all day ... I guess they were a hit! LOL ... It pays to read reviews, considering I'd searched for many days trying to find some clogs that would fit narrower, though she didn''t mention that ... I think she was just going to put on a couple of pair of extra-thick socks ... Thanks for the extra sizing option!!

I love these shoes. I've used them as a dental assistant and when I worked as a dog groomer. They are lightweight, fit well and very comfortable. The only problem I've ever had is finding them in black. Not always easy to find.They last forever and are so lightweight you won't even believe they are on your feet. My daughter who is a nurse was complaining about how much her feet hurt after a full day's work. I bought her a pair of these and she absolutely loves them. No more aching feet after work.

These shoes are comfortable but did have to be broken in. The arch support was higher than I was used to, but now they are very supportive. I no longer come home with throbbing feet. Yes they do make a terrible noise. But I did what others suggested and put baby powder under the insoles, it was like magic, no more noise. I will buy these again. Oh yes, I am a RN in a urgent care clinic and am on my feet for 6-7 hours a day.

Love these shoes! The ones I ordered are supposed to be wide, but aren’t really - other than that, they’re great. That, and the annoying squeaking sound, which I remedy with a cheap pair of insoles from Dollar Tree inserted between the removable insole and the outer. I use them for walking my dog; they are very comfortable and keep my feet dry. I’ve worn them for years. Much better than Crocs. The insole forms to my feet, giving good arch support which is lacking in Crocs.

I did not like these shoes at first. They seemed too big and they put pressure on the inside and top of my foot. However, after a number of times of wearing them I find them supportive, very comfortable (even with an arthritic toe and instep) and you can wear them in the garden and get them muddy and wet, come inside and wipe them down and then wear them out and about. I have spent double the money for shoes that were not this good. Warning: They do squeak a lot for the first few months.

I bought my first pair of Quarky's (in bubblegum pink, which I picked from a selection including only lime green, banana yellow, and the pink) 5 years ago. I was told they were gardening shoes; no difference to me, I have no ability to stand on cement for more than 5 minutes without spending the balance of the day walking crookedly. These shoes were and remain REALLY COMFORTABLE...no kidding, they are so comfortable, weigh little, are waterproof, and don't look like rubber (which I think that they are). I just bought a second pair in black (having finally wearied of strangers eyeballing my feet in the pink ones.)Others have commented on the squeak; yep, these new ones are a little squeaky, and I don't recall that the others ever were. Maybe they were, and I've just to wear them in. At any rate, these are super shoes, and very comfortable; I am an educator and spend hours and hours on my feet in lecture halls. They're great!! If I had a need to enter a room without being noticed, I suppose that I'd slip them off. :)

My third pair of Quark's Quarky. Lightweight and comfortable from the first step. They do tend to squeak when you walk. I wear them mostly outdoors in the yard or for walking, so I don' t mind the squeaking, which does go away after some wear. The bottoms are easy to clean, which is nice especially when walking in mud or the garden. I have a narrow to medium width foot, and the medium width Quarky is comfortable with or without socks. If you have a wide foot, you may want to order shoe in the wide width.
