I have a serious wine collection and have learned the tremendous importance of drinking a fine wine the the correct glass. I have many big Cabernets and Bordeaux blends that taste excellent in these glasses, as well as of bigger reds, like Syrah blends and Zinfandels. Cheers!

These glasses are beautiful. Everyone at Thanksgiving wanted to drink wine from these -nobody wanted the normal or stemless wine glasses. Even the kids wanted to put their milk and such in them. I saw someone say that these are fragile, Well of course they are! They are super thin glass wine glasses. By definition they are going to be fragile. However, they are not overly fragile, just don't drop or bang em around in a sink full of plates and such. We did plenty of "cheers" on Thanksgiving and not a single glass was broken. I love love love these.

I love the Riedel Extreme line of wine glasses and needed to replace one that I broke. The only question I had as after receiving there seemed to be variance in the ones I initially had and the replacement. Wondering if Riedel tweaked the design over the years?

These glasses were fine for 364 days, then one cracked while I was washing it. No undue pressure, it just snapped. I’ve always taken great care with them.This was one day before the warranty expired, so I contacted Riedel. Guess what? They said contact Amazon. What does Amazon say? Contact Riedel. No one wants to take responsibility or pay for a replacement.So I’ll be giving my money to Gabriel-Glas from now on.
