Great washing machine. So quiet. Love the app. Easy to set and use. Automatic dispensing great.Definitely recommend.

Easy to use, even for me. Self dosing, an automatic program, with a app on your phone or tablet to monitor and tell you when it’s done makes it easy, anyone could use this, does what you want. Clothes come out clean ready for the dryer-what else could you ask for, even tells you when it’s finished, if it needs topping up with washing liquid or softener, just so so good.

Easy to use , quiet and nice size drum , and total value for money .

The media could not be loaded.  Machine cleans well and automatic settings are great. Huge word of warning though: you must remove the transportation bolts at the back of the machine before using it otherwise it’ll shake violently and move across the floor (see video). We had to work this out from the Bosch website as there is nothing in the instruction manual telling you to do this. We contacted Amazon and sent them video who claimed this was a faulty machine but once we removed them, the machine span with no issues and was quiet.

Great machine, straightforward and easy to use and even easier when using the wifi connect and the smartphone app. Also soap and softener dosing system means that you can forget about always putting the right Amount before each machine... happens through magic!

I ordered this machine and took delivery 26th August. Machine plumbed in and ran empty wash on “drum clean” as in the booklet and it leaked! Plumbed in correctly but leaking from underneath. Rang Amazon who sent replacement but only today 1st Sept with defective one in hall as they can’t take that away till the 3rd Sept! Machine plumbed in again - ran cycle as per instructions and it’s leaked again. Appears there probably is a defective batch and they will take them off sale for now. I Now have 2 machines - can they both go back on the 3rd - no - have to wait till the 11th or 12th Sept for the 2nd one to go and added to which I have no washing machine at all now. Can’t give a proper review as haven’t even been able to use it! Horrendous customer service as apparently no refund until BOTH back!!!

great product ,the best bit is the idos feature fill them up with detergent and softener and forget about them the machine will do the rest. i also like the home connect and being able to use Alexa to control the machine all round great product i would defo buy it again.

Delivery was very quick, I had done a lot of research before buying so knew what to expect and so far everything is meeting my expectations
