My original review is below after seeing this Tacklife offered me a full refund if I amended my review. I will not do this on principle, they are in effect buying good reviews. This has cleaned the floor very well and much easier to use than my old Vax. Please note that it has an extremely short cable and you will need to use an extension cable. This is why I have given it 3 stars only

It arrived well packed! The steamer was easy to assemble and use. I had a few before. Its light enough for me to use in two floor house. The mop is easy to push around and leaves a lovely clean finish. Love it and use it nearly every day. Recommend.

Have had several steam mops over the years and this is not the worst I’ve had neither is it the best..mainly use on kitchen tiled floors An seems to come clean but not of immaculate standard so not very good if your wanting it for a deep clean

Since posting the review below Tacklife have been pro-active in fixing the challenge and provided a link where I can order replacement pads.The machine itself does exactly what it says on the tin and is well made. I would buy additional pads when buying the unit.Great features and works well but the pads lose shape after two or three washes and don’t stick to the machine anymore - Tacklife don’t have any or recommend any replacements on Amazon and I can’t find any generic pads the same shape. Great if you want a steam mop for a month or two. Mine has been relegated to the shed.

Cable is far to short, unless you have a plug right outside your bathroom you will probably need an extension lead. Whole unit feels cheap and flimsy, not worth the small saving against the better known brands. Will be returning.

Only used it once so far but I think it's brilliant. It's nice and easy to use not too heavy even with water in it. Cleans really well.
