New Orleans Classic Brunches (Classic Recipes Series)

Quite a few egg dishes. Wish there were a few more meat centered recipes. Beautiful pictures and easy to follow recipes.

The recipes I tried are very good. But the photos are so magnified that it is hard to tell what they are. A close up is fine, but in these photos it is hard to distinguish what one sees. One can't really see if the dish was duplicated. This book is for your taste buds, not your eyes.

Some of the classics and the new classics! We are New Orleans brunch fanatics and this is a great selection of goodies from many of New Orleans' jewel chefs, cooks and places to have brunch.

Especially if you use the recipes from this book. It has glossy pages with glorious pictures of the dishes. The recipes are set forth clearly and concisely. The result? Priceless. I recommend it.

The book arrived on time and in excellent condition. The signature was clear and the book clean. This isa a must if you like to entertain in mid morning New Orleans style.

As a Louisiana native and one who frequently travels to New Orleans, I find this book to be very accurate for authentic for the New Orleans dishes it prersents. Beautiful pictures.

Great cookbook, pictures are awesome, could double as a coffee table book!
