Condor Tool & Knife, Kondoru Gyuto Knife

I have several Condor knives. Outrageous quality. This chef’s knife is the sharpest chef’s knife I’ve ever used. I’ve used it a bunch and haven’t sharpened it yet. It’s still razor sharp. Be cautious around this knife. No forgiveness. Don’t play with the blade it will bite if you don’t respect it.
