Hayabusa Metaru 47 Silver Rashguard Long Sleeve Shirt, X-Large, Black/Blue

I've worn this several times and now circling back to order another set (top & bottom). I own quite a bit of Hayabusa gear from gi's to T-shirts. All of it well made and well designed for it's purpose. This rash guard is no exception. It fits well, is comfortable, and is of high quality. You get what you pay for. I'm 6'0" 175 pounds athletic build & wear size "L" in the top and "M" in the bottom.

I saw Anthony Bourdain wearing this on an episode & I ordered a large. I can wear a M or L in most t-shirts & I am NOT a body builder (6'2" & 195) I could barely fit my forearms in it. I know these made for fighting & provide a second skin. I exchanged for an X-large & while it fit, unless you have a totally flat stomach, it will just hug (& accent) your belly. If they made an XXL, I'd have a shirt to wear! Love it, but no size for me!

I'm 180 lbs. I wear an A2 or A3 gi (depending on the manufacturer) and this is too small to even wear. And this is the biggest size sold on Amazon.Update: I tried this one again, a while later, and after losing 10 lbs. Nope it fits perfect and is one of my favorite rash guards. I still find it strange that this was the biggest size available and fits a 170 lb guy.

I've been rolling in my first of these rashguards for a little over a year now. I have 3 of them in different colors, and really like the styling, and the quality of construction and the materials used live up to the price point. They are thicker/heavier than Under Armour Heat Gear, but not any 'hotter'. I've used mine cycling outside in 100degree weather and these do well to keep you cool and dry.The extra thickness, compared to UA Heat Gear seems to offer a bit more protection as a rashguard. I occasionally notice chaffing after a lot of rolling with no undershirt or with Heat Gear, particularly in my armpits (BJJ and Judo). I haven't ever had that happen in the Hayabusa rash guards. For Nogi BJJ, the Hayabusa's stay put and don't twist on your forearms or get bunched or shrugged up on your arms like UA does, which is really nice.

This sleeve shirt is the best thing i ever wear for a kickboxing training . Its light and consume sweat .It makes you look like a beast and show your muscle the right wayWhite and black are amazing colors .. Ordered large and it fit me Soooooooo Good ..I ordered a black one and i ordered a training short after the good experience with this one .Hayabusa you gained my respect and will make sure to let everybody know about this

Once again Hayabusa delivers a consistently good product. I'm about 140lbs and 5' 10" got a small size. At first it felt a little small as I'm used to a medium size, which was more of a loose fit, but after wearing it for a while it's quite snug. One of my favorite go-to rashguards!

My son really likes the design of this shirt. He is usually a medium in shirts so that's what we bought. I think that next time we will order a large because if he gains any more muscle the medium will be too small.

Rash guards are meant to be tight but for some reason this one felt too tight. Regardless its quality is very high. Used for competition probably the most breathable rash guard I've ever owned, for this reason I thought the material was not sturdy enough for training. Thankfully it was, especially against those that like to grab clothing to escape subs. Recommended in my book.

Fitment is tight recommend to size one up. Material is top notch. Stitching was high quality. Thin and extremely breathable. Not shiny like others. Length is nice and long with taper. Articulation around elbow and shoulder is great. Neck is unobtrusive and the sleeves taper as well. Subjective flaw is design pattern.

Good quality, thin material. Looks very cool. I usually wear medium size, but bought large size and do not regret, but it probably would fit right someone a bit larger than medium. Long sleeves. Protect from UV very well.

Bought this compression shirt for training and fitness use and it fits and looks great. As with most compression shirts you need to pick the next size above your normal t-shirt size for proper fit and the manufacturer and/or vendor can assist you on this if you're unsure.

Rash guard felt great, but fit smaller than I hoped. I'm 5'-9" and 170, pretty average sized, medium in everything else... but this was too tight in the arms and chest. Otherwise it seemed like a great shirt

Looks good and fits snug. Silver impregnated material is a valuable feature.

Arrived quick! Looks and feels great I'm tall and skinny 6"2 around 160ish and I ordered a medium fits great.

This is my first rash guard and I am very impressed. Great Quality, Great Price and quick to ship as usual.I will definitely consider Hayabusa and Amazon when shopping for another one!
