For the 32gb 2-pack, do you receive 2-32gb cards or 2-16gb cards? Thanks!

You will receive 2x32gb. That is 2 memory cards each 32gb capacity. I hope this helps :)

Is 65MB/s the write is speed of this card?

The 65 on the lower right of the card indicates it will have the Video Performance specification for professional-quality video (VPG-65)The write speed is will deliver a read transfer speed up to 1066X (160MB/s)

has anyone tried this with the canon 1dx? just wanna make sure it will work on it as i do photos + hi def vids.

Works great on the canon 1DX Mark II for both stills (card accepts insane burst rate of 14 pics/sec with no buffer issue), and full HD video. Very fast card. No issues.

How many minutes of video can I take with this card and a Canon 50D?

You'd have to equate minutes to gigaBytes, once you've done that then multiply by 64
