OVERMONT Camping Cooking Set for 2-3 People

Got this for my son to go on a camping trip with cadets. I had wanted something that would be easy for him to use and put back together. It’s very compact, easily clicked onto his bag and was not complicated to put back together after he had used it. Very happy with the product and its versatility. It also looks nice, comes with handy little utensils too.

I recently picked up the OVERMONT Camp Kettle Cooking Set to complement my new Fire-maple Star 2 stove. The quality of this kit is impressive—solid build and that grey steel with orange accents looks sharp. It’s got everything you need for outdoor cooking, from pots to a kettle. The set compacts down nicely, and the handy storage bag is great for keeping everything together. The weight is perfect—not the lightest cookset I've seen, but it strikes a good balance and won't let you down. The handles could use a click-in feature, as they’re a bit wobbly, but that’s a minor gripe. The included folding cutlery and plastic cups are a nice touch, but honestly, they’re a bit wasted on me. I doubt I’ll use them much, if ever. At this price, you really can’t complain. Hopefully, the set holds up well with regular use. Overall, it’s a solid choice and should serve me well on my next adventure.

I have some higher end camping cookware, Trangia, Toaks, Evernew etc but tbh, for £20.00 I find it hard, not to be impressed with this set. Well made, no rough edges or defects. Food didn't stick very much, hardly at all. Cleaned up beautifully. Fairly lightweight. Handles hard friction grab, on the inners, to stop the two parts sliding. Great little kettle, with a perfect pour spout. The accessories might not all get used, bowls are tiny, but ideal for sauces or dips. Cutlery is good though. All in all, I'd recommend this, especially to a newbie or if you just want an inexpensive option for one or two people, for some simple eggs and bacon, burgers, and a hot drink.

This is a good size set for one person. Cooking for more might be tough but still doable. It is NOT non stick so be aware of that, make sure to soak immediately when frying, and use plenty of oil. Great value for money, packs away nicely. Cleaning is easy but, as mentioned, make sure to soak asap if you have fried and there are bits stuck to the pan. The kettle has enough water for two small cups of tea. I will be using this every solo camping trip!

SPEDIZIONE, IMBALLAGGIO E CONFEZIONE Il prodotto è arrivato contenuto in un classica scatola imbottita Amazon sigillata con nastro adesivo armato assieme ad altri prodotti, perfettamente nel tempo previsto. All’interno della confezione ho trovato: un moschettone, un acciarino, 3 ciotoline, un cucchiaio, un mestolo di legno e una spugna biodegradabile più ovviamente il set di pentole da campeggio contenute in una retina con chiusura a laccio. Il set prevede una padella, una pentola e un bollitore. MATERIALI E REALIZZAZIONE La retina è una semplice sacchetta di poliestere per il trasporto con un laccio e un cursore scorrevole per la chiusura. Il bollitore è da 800 ml. Il manico, richiudibile, è rivestito in plastica termoisolante e misura (da aperto) circa 10,2 cm. Le dimensioni massime delle ciotole sono di 12,7 x 10,9 x 3,9 cm, mentre quelle del cucchiaio sono di 8,2 x 8,2 x 4,9 cm mentre aprendo il manico arriva a 7,5 cm di altezza con un manico di lunghezza 6,4 cm. Il mestolino di legno misura invece 13 x 50,4 x 6,6 cm con un manico di 7,1 x 1,6 cm. Le dimensioni della pentola sono di 17,3 x 9,2 cm, quelle della padella di 18 x 4,3 cm e quelle del bollitore di 13,7 x 8,4 cm. Il peso complessivo è di circa 850 g. UTILIZZO Avevo già comprato altre gavette da questo venditore e ho deciso di acquistare questo altro set per poterlo utilizzare in più persone e portare meno cose in campeggio per una vacanza. Quasi tutto il set, soprattutto le cose più ingombranti, sono comodissime perché impilabili e occupano relativamente poco spazio. Possono essere usate per cuocere e riscaldare cibi o anche come semplice piatto/scodella per mangiare. Il manico apribile è compatto e essendo rivestito di plastica rigida termoisolante evita di scottarsi anche con i cibi caldi o durante la cottura. La sacchetta permette comodamente di trasportare le stoviglie, anche semplicemente allacciandole allo zaino. Tutto il set è pronto all’uso per il campeggio, basta aggiungere delle posate e un detergente (mi raccomando biodegradabile) per lavare il tutto. CONCLUSIONI Semplici, comode per dosi per più di una persona, adatte a cucinare praticamente qualsiasi cosa anche su un semplice fornelletto da campeggio. Ottimo il manico isolato, compatte, utile la sacchetta per il trasporto. Hanno pensato a tutto includendo anche ciotole e cucchiaio per versare cose nelle pentole e persino la spugna bio per il lavaggio!

Très bonne popote, après quelques années de service je possède encore tout les éléments, simple a lavé, cuisine rapide.
