I bear in mind the crisis of meaning and the spiritual journey of the client, and I use the team coaching in my work with team development.So, I'd highly recommend this for any coach at any stage on their coaching journey.

Very good book which gives an insight into the benefits of coaching without going over the top..I have been using these techniques to bring an old style boss around to a way of new thinking without him knowing it!!

Interesting concept to use in coaching. I have found the GROW model very effective when I have coached individuals.

Excellent book, easy to read, clearly presented and easy to dip into. Very informative. Highly recommended by local experienced coaches for beginners to this area
