Good seals, just make sure you practice with the old ones first, or you gonna have to buy more, oh also p/u and installer popping them on is tough until you get the feel for it, tip: take the small spring off first before popping on, good luck

These worked great for me
Top and bottom springs on these seals makes for a firm grab of the head. Others before this were pulling off the head and moving with the valve stem. These worked great for me.

THESE MAY NOT WORK ON YOUR HEADS UNLESS YOU HAVE THE VALVE GUIDE BOSES MACHINED. The seals seem to work fine; I have not ran the engine yet. If you use the plastic sleeve that comes with the seals to install them, they are easy to install without taking them apart.

Really cheap, go with the Comp Cams Viton ones. Much better and easier to install with just a dead blow hammer.

Missing information
The inside diameter is .500" and not .530 like it claims. Do not buy unless you plan to Machine the Head down to that size. Amazon did not exclaim that fact.
