FROG @ease Floating Sanitizing System

There's nothing worse than feeling like you're spending more time maintaining your spa then using it. After finally diving head first into this Frog Ease System I was finally able to quit worrying about all of that. Now I just shock the spa once a week and that's it! This is a must have for any spa owner.

It's easy to use and helps keep the hot tub chemicals where they need to be.

We bought a medium sized hot tub last Spring and it has mineral cartridges and a sanitizer system with low chlorine- but no matter what I did I had to treat it daily and change water at least monthly- I started chlorine treatment after each use but the CYA rose quickly. Visited local hot tub/pool store we purchased it from and they were going to switch us to an enzyme based system which was pretty expensive. My dad told me about this since they travel and needed their tub to be maintained. I decided to give it a try and it's been fantastic. Started it around Thanksgiving and it's Feb and the water is crystal clear and I haven't had to drain/replace the water! Hopefully the plastics and vinyl etc./cover hold up but overall it's not a strong chemical smell. I'm very happy with the ease of maintenance- I don't have to check it every day and worry about changing the water every time a few of the kids get in the tub with friends!

Good product that's easy to use. Really helps to reduce the amount of chlorine being added daily/weekly. BUT, the sanitizing cartridge does NOT last a month. Maybe 3 weeks at best.

Works great with only initial ph adjust. When it needs adjusted again it's time (3 week) to change the water. At about 1 cent a gal x 300 gal = $3.00 and i don't use a filter and be sure you are clean getting in each time. I use it daily or more often. Down side is it's costly with no one selling it at a discount. 3# months about 100.00. Gets you 3 mo. of minerals and 4 chlor changes (4x3=12 weeks or 3 mo. ) and I start pack of chlor. I have been doing this for 4 years. I also bought a Ph meter for more accurate measuring.

I really like the Frog system! The inverting feature makes it easy to keep track of chlorine availability. When it flips, add a cartridge! Of course, nothing replaces regular water testing, but it's a handy visual reminder. I like the dual nature of the product-one floater dispenses two different chemicals.The construction is sturdy; the two halves twist together firmly and separate without a fuss, yet they don't come apart under regular use. There are no sharp edges or exposed screws to scratch your tub surface.Highly recommended!
