What color will show up on yellowish-blonde bleached hair ?

Nothing like what it looks like. Most of manic panic's hair colours requires white or platinum blonde to get exact or results that are close to it. Also it is semi permanent, so the lighter the hair, the better.

I have dark brown colour hairs. i want to highlight it. do i need to bleach my hairs before highlighting? is it fine if i don't bleach for highlights?

Yes, you'll probably have to bleach your hair first. Else the colour won't show properly on your dark brown hair.
