LG G3 Vigor, Silk White 8GB (AT&T)

Phone died in less than 2 months--a screen problem. I took it to a repair shop, and paid $137 to have new parts put in. The phone lasted a week, then died again--same problem. I contacted the company and explained that I am a woman in her 40s who does not use her phone very much. It had not been dropped, exposed to water, or junked up with Facebook crap--the problem was mechanical, and it had to do with their shoddy "refurbish". The company said "so sad for you, we will not help you in any way". When you buy refurbished, I understand there is a certain amount of risk involved. What shocked me, though, was that I had owned the phone for such a short period of time before the mechanical glitches rendered the phone useless. What shocked me even more was the company's cavalier attitude in offering no customer service at all. If you want to spend up to hundreds of dollars on a product that the company will not stand behind whatsoever--be my guest; but I don't have a lot of money to throw around and the poor response I received from this company's customer service department was so depressing. They took my money, gave me a defective product, and when I complained, laughed in my face.

not crazy about lg g3 but it is one of few on market that has change-able battery. tried to buy "new" twice as described in statement but none of them are NEW at all. be careful. this is old model. i guess NEW is hard to find. i thought amazon would regulate the description but apparently not so. i had to return one because the screen was totally not working. i tried a second one (so far as 6-30-2017, received 6-30-2017), still charging. both described as NEW but none is "NEW". As of now (6-30-2017, after charging for about 20 min, charger and phone became very hot), i have to return it.** from seller "A": the packages in the box were old looking, protective screen had bubbles, there the an accessory that didn't belong to LG g3 (i know because i have 2 and that is why i want to have lg g3 again after mine broke). after charging and used it, the screen would automatically blacked out during use. - had to return** from seller "B": this is even worse. the box was soft paper box even tho the tape looked like un-opened (like fake lg g3), the battery was in the phone, the cable was unwrapped, there was a plastic wrap trash inside the box. the protective screen had even more bubbles and was dirty. since wanted lg g3, even was angry but still gave it a try. ~ 20 minutes into charging, the charger and phone turned very hot. -- had to return.as a customer who has been more than a decade long customer of amazon and amazon marketplace, i am really sad/mad of this experience. i was so looking for my items and felt really really disappointed for the first time.this is the longest review i wrote!

I returned the Galaxy S5 I bought on an upgrade after 2 days to buy the LG G3 instead and I couldn't be happier.I'm coming from a Galaxy Nexus which was rooted with a custom ROM so it was full of tweaks and I was spoiled. Going to an S5 was a difficult adjustment because of the annoying UI, 30+ bloatware apps, the annoying home button, the lack of RGB multicolored LED for notifications, the downgrade from 32Gb internal memory to 16Gb, and the possibility of never having an unlocked bootloader for future recovery and ROM upgrades.The LG has a nice and simple UI, less bloatware, no annoying home button, an RGB multicolored LED for notifications, 32Gb of internal memory, and the T-Mobile version already has an unlocked bootloader which means the Verizon version most likely will as well in the future. In my opinion, hands down this phone is better than the S5. The 13Mp camera is just as good as the 16Mp and the picture quality is excellent. The lack of novelty features like a fingerprint sensor or a heart rate monitor don't bother me at all because I probably wouldn't use them anyway. There is no water resistance like the S5, but there is a much bigger and better HD display than the S5, and for me I'll take the better display because I don't feel the need to go swimming with my electronics on me.Both the S5 and G3 have simple one-click root apps available. Using Stumproot(check the xda sites for the app) took about 5 minutes to root. Install Xposed framework, G3 tweaks from the play store, and any other modules your heart desires and you can customize pretty much anything. I thought I could never live without it, but I don't miss my custom ROM at all.It's a great phone. If you're unsure about what to get (S5, One M8, G3) go for the G3. You won't be disappointed.

I had it for 3 weeks. Upon receiving it, I immediately placed it in a water proof, dust proof, shatter proof case.I fell in love with this phone!! Until... It turned itself off. So I turned it back on. As soon as it booted up, it shut itself off again. I laid it on the table and the phone continued to turn itself on and off. I couldn't get to anything on my phone. As soon as I would attempt to go to settings, I shut off. I tried removing the battery and simply and replacing them, it did the same thing. As long as the battery was in the phone it just sat there going on and off by itself.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I'm not about to pay to have it looked at or fixed. The phone was new and I had only used it for 3weeks. I have returned it for a refund. I am REALLY hoping it was just that one phone because I have ordered another LG G3. I love the phone!! But it has to work.Amazon has made this the easiest return that I have ever done. Hopefully the new one will work, but I k own if it doesn't, Amazon will take care it super fast.

Terrible, parecía usado. Venía maltratado de la tapa posterior y al ser de importación me cobraron los gastos de importación. Afortunadamente bajo solicitud Amazon aceptó reembolsarlos.
