The shipping box arrived a bit dented but the products inside were not harmed. What a beautiful set this is! The palm is full and long, and the holder is woven very nicely. The willow branches arrived nicely green in a shrinkwrapped plastic to preserve them and that also requests us to keep them refrigerated. The myrtle branches also arrived in their own bag, from the Golan. The etrog arrived in the foam cushion in its own box and is a pleasant lemon lime color. This set is every bit as good as we used in Israel. Chag sameach!

So the one job you have when selling a Lulav is make sure it is there before the Holy Day. This arrived on the third day of Sukkot. I had to pull out an old one I saved just in case something like this happened. Very disappointing. I thought finally when it arrived. Then opened it. The palm is about a quarter inch thick. The thinnest I have ever seen and mangled. The willows were dead and black spots, I went to the myrtle at least I can smell that but it had little to no smell. OK last stop the Etrog. Please let me just smell the wonderful smell of the citron.... I don't know how but it has almost no smell. It is really hard and smells like dish soap. The ad says innovative packaging. You mean the box for the etrog smashed flat and no etrog in it, the etrog was in a plastic bag in the packing box like they threw the box in the tube just to throw it away. Said comprehensive guide... nothing in there. Quite possibly the most complete failure of selling a Lulav in history. Chag Sameach!

Item came missing items it said were included (Lulav holder & instruction booklet). Delivery was quick (came sooner than expect), but the box was damaged and open on one side (I think that was the fault of the delivery people though). Also, the myrtle leaves bag was not sealed when I opened the box & the lulav had begun to brown a little already. The etrog was fine (had a little bit of black staining it, but didn’t look bad otherwise- could be dirt). The holder for the 5 branches is missing the ring that holds them in place on the lulav, which makes holding them together a touch difficult when needing to readjust my hands. On day 2 & haven’t lost many more leaves (currently keeping all of them in my fridge wrapped in wet paper towels & the plastic the lulav came in, so I’ll update at the end of Sukkot).

We buy one each year and it always looks great and lasts all 8 days for Sukkot. Thank you for finding the finest items.

Well packaged and in excellent condition upon arrival.

Lulav is very thin and branches are curling, looks dry. Esrog was beautiful, very clean and large. Esrog should have been packaged with carboard box. Cardboard box quality not adequate for the size of the esrog and has to be assembled, so it can come apart easily. No lulav esrog case and no Sukkos guide as advertised on Amazon. Amazon should call them out for false advertising. I hate having to write this review but I have an obligation to protect the consumer. Note to seller: Genaivus Daas and deceptive advertising is no simple aveira.
