You never know what you're going to get when you order online. We were pleasantly surprised and excited that this chair is SO COMFORTABLE! Yes, it's a little tough to close, but not as bad as some reviews made it sound. And aside from that - there's nothing wrong with this chair. It took minutes to put together, it's very durable, really comfortable for my back (spend lots of time in this chair for what I am using it for - nursing baby, pumping; will use in another room in the house later on). Color is great and functions are amazing - gliding/rocking, swivel and reclines WAY back! Can totally sleep in this chair!

Perfect chair for a nursery! It doesn't take up too much space and it looks just like the picture. It glides smoothly without squeaking or creaking. I enjoy the reclining feature; it's very comfortable! And, it's not very difficult or loud to get the leg rest back in when it's time to stand up. My back feels supported while I sit upright. The chair is sturdy yet comfortable. These are all things I wondered about after reading other reviews so I am content. All in all a very good recliner/rocker. I would purchase it again!!

It’s a nice little chair. Just the right dice for me and my dog. Really like the color and fabric. I’m going to make doilies for the arms and back since it did come with any.The manual recliner release is a little hard. POPs when released and takes effort to kick it closed. I would buy again if I decide on 2 chairs.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering such a large item through amazon but I’m glad I did. We love our rocker glider recliner. It’s very beautiful, functional, and comfortable. It works perfectly in our nursery. It makes comforting our baby easier while keeping us comfortable too. It was very easy to build for my husband. it started making a creeking noise a couple of days in but my husband just pushed down on the top portion with a little pressure to better secure it and it instantly stopped. I like that it’ll look beautifully in our living room once it’s not needed for the baby’s nursery too.

I love it!! I got it for my baby girls nursery, it is PERFECT! Very easy to put together. Very comfortable! I’ve fallen asleep in it many times! It’s not too big either, fits very well with the other furniture in the room. I searched for a rocker for a long time, I’m glad I went with this one! Love the fabric and color too. Great buy!

I'm glad I chose to buy this chair in spite of some negative reviews. I also read that the company backs up what it makes. This chair is so nice looking and fits in my LR exactly where I wanted it to go. My neighbor put it together in about 5 minutes. The upholstery and white trim look even better in person. It's comfortable and has now become MY chair. I can't decide if I enjoy rocking, swiveling or reclining better!

Item arrived defective and will not assemble. There are several inches gapping between the base and back of chair - it should slide in, but it won’t. I am unable to reach a resolution with customer service after a week’s worth of correspondence. No one has responded to my most recent message within 48 hours with a solution to the issue. Disappointed I spent $30 on shipping to receive a defective product and will have to return a large piece of furniture while 7 months pregnant. Seller also expects the customer to cover cost of return shipping for a defective product despite promising replacement parts or returns on description.
