Worth it's weight in gold, the principles offered by Wagner, et al are timeless. Very helpful in determining competing commitments.

Of all of the books I've read for my school leadership program, this one resonates the most. The ideas have depth, and there are practical strategies for leading school change that take into account the need to look at our personal stumbling blocks and organizational complexity. I will definitely re-read this book and anticipate returning to it as a school leader.

A good read for leaders who are looking to strengthen their systems. A few really good tools which I've used with a few schools. A good leadership team read.

This book was introduced in my doctoral class. I ran with it. It has every information and strategies to help school leaders become great leaders. Easy and very coherent read. The content is very applicable in schools and classrooms. It is for leaders who want to affect change in their schools
