All About Dogs - Fun-Schooling Journal: Do-It-Yourself Homeschooling Curriculum Handbook - 365 Pages - Ages 7+

My 4th grader is using this journal as an additional journal. He really likes it, and is enjoying the research that goes along with this one.His one complaint is that each "section" (pages from one start your day page to the next) is not consistent. One section will have 2 research prompts, the next three will only have 1, then suddenly there will be 3, followed by a section that has zero. Honestly I don't even know if he would have noticed if it weren't for the fact that he is also using the Animal Lover's Journal, which is set up so well. But he definitely does notice, and has actually asked me if we could take it apart and "fix it." Had I known, I would have had the binding cut and rearranged it before he was 20 pages in.

My daughter looked through this journal and a couple others but she is very determined that this is her major journal. She loves dogs and loves all the pictures in it. I love how guided the journal is and will help her explore her love of Dogs on her own terms.

Purchased this journal for my 10 year old granddaughter going into the 5th grade. We are homeschooling this year for the very 1st time and I wanted to allow her to pick some of her curriculum. She loves all things dogs. We are currently working through the horses journal which is easier.

My girl loves dogs, this has the perfect amount of dog activity pages in it and core work as well. She's excited to get started with it. The videos attached are super helpful. I highly recommend watching them before hand to see if this suits you. It is exactly as pictured and just what we were hoping for. Thinking tree does it again!

My daughter loves this journal. She can’t get enough of it!! Her learning language is explorer/friend. I’d like to mention that she’s also dyslexic and dysgraphic.

My 7 year old loves this for her homeschooling core. She rotates this journal with the all about horses journal. She’s learned so much about how to research and how to investigate and observe things more intensely because she’s being encouraged to teach herself. I learn along side her- but I just love how this gives the kids the opportunity to know how to make discoveries on their own and stir to their minds to prepare them for their careers.
