C1RCA Men's 99 Vulc Skate Shoe

Support is great, but the inside material is not as soft as you would think. If you do not wear a sock that goes above where the tongue ends you will experience extreme chafing if you have even the slightest of sensitive skin. This is a pain as I love to wear these shoes in the summer and I hate wearing heavy crew socks with them. You might want to order a size down from your regular size because there seems to be too much room in the ankle.

I just purchased a pair of mens C1rca 99 vulc skate shoes. They appear to be black, grey and red although the ad says something about harvest orange which appears to be the little emblem on the shoe? I originally purchased this same shoe a few months ago at Journeys in black, white and grey for $90.00 and my son really liked them.I began to shop around to get the same shoe at a better price. The shoe cost $45.00 with Amazon saving me 50% and a trip to the mall before school starts. I do agree with the those that claim these shoes run small as I had to get my son a size 9 when he normally wears an 8 or 8 1/2 at the largest. The width is perfect for my teenage son. The best thing to do is if you find a particular brand of shoe you like, go try them on in a store before you purchase them since shoes sizes can vary depending on brand. These shoes feel pretty comfortable. Nice cushioned foot bed. Good grip. They do run a little narrow though (one star off). If you have a real wide foot, these are not for you. I don't skate so I can't comment on the performance part. I'm 51 years old, nobody wants to see that.

The minute I pulled these outta the box they became my favorite shoe. If you like mid top and high top skate shoes these are the ones to get. They are very stylish and in my opinion are probably better for casual wearing than skating in. They are very comfortable and I got a great deal on them fora lil over 40 bucks. If your can find a pair marked down I think there definelty worth picking up. You dont often see high top skate shoes like this any more, they remind me of the nike sb dunks so any shoe collector/skater should pick up a pair or two.

I read other reviews and it was said that this sneaker runs small...i wear a size 10 mens and the sneaker is very comfortable...i have certains pairs of jordans that i have to purchase 10.5 for comfort....as long as ur feet arent real wide...circa is the shoe for u and should fit w.e. size is nost comfortable for u.
