I expect you can providing your hand pump has an adapter that fits the suction hole in the storage bag.Using the vacuum cleaner hose does the job quickly.

Can you fold the bag before the air comes out of the bag so a jumbo bag would become a large bag by folding in half?

Yes you can do this. I tried this and it works fine.

A few of my bags are faulty. they have holes and keep reinflating. can i get a replacement?
