It actually was a fit for my laptop but seemed like odd parts were put together. In other words it isn't from Toshiba itself I would say

The unit arrived on the expected delivery date, so no complaints there. I was slightly concerned to see that the part number advertised was not the same as the part number on the unit - I bought it specifically because it was advertised as PA3715E-1AC3, but the one I have received says PA3715U-1ACA. Not sure if this will be a problem or not, but it appears to be working so far... Is anyone able to confirm to me whether this is a correct/safe replacement product to use, or whether the part numbers do have to be exactly the same or not?

We've had and been using this for about three weeks now and it works perfectly. No issues with overheating like others have reported, in fact it's quite cool. Great price for a replacement lead as one direct from Toshiba was very expensive. Really well packaged as well.

First adapter arrived broken, another one was sent out to me almost immediately in good condition. Thank you very much

Works as well as the Toshiba product, but for a third of the price. Cable is slightly shorter than on Toshiba equivalent, but still easily long enough.
