Kirkland Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon - 10.7 Ounce

I had no clue there were different types of cinnamon until I came upon a recipe that called for this. I wanted to try it on something so had a basic idea how it tasted before potentially ruining a whole recipe I took time to make. Upon opening I couldn’t help but smell the strong aroma of what you only imagine a really good cinnamon would smell like. It’s a true blue aroma that entices you to try immediately. So I pulled out a tub of Kozy Shack rice pudding, put some in a bowl, and sprinkled some Saigon cinnamon on top. The only thing that was better than the smell was the taste. It has such a great flavor and tastes how you wish cinnamon would actually taste but never does. It’s amazing!!!! This is a larger container so it will last a while and has great value for what you pay versus the size. I highly recommend and urge to try this!!!

I kept seeing Saigon cinnamon recommended in my various baking groups and this was the best value. HOOOOOOOLY COW. This is some *strong* cinnamon!!! I replaced my regular cinnamon with this one in my cinnamon roll recipe and it was OVERWHELMING. (in a good way!) Definitely use less if you're not used to Saigon cinnamon.

This cinnamon tastes so good!! I used the regular cinnamon in the stores Cassia which is ok but this Saigon cinnamon has the best flavor and will enhance any dish you make! Try it! You won’t regret it!

This is wonderful, and I look for it. Not only is it high quality, but a physician told me that it does not contain too much of something that makes other cinammons unwise to use in large quantities. (It was years ago, and I can't remember the scientific name that the physician mentioned.) I use cinnamon daily, so this mattered. Tastes wonderful and always fresh!

I love to bake and this cinnamon is ALWAYS in my pantry, as it's the BEST! I love the fragrance that it emits when baking in quick breads and cakes. The flavor is quality, much better than cheaper brands. I highly recommend purchasing this product!

I’m male and 77. I do a lot of baking. I love making pies and no matter what kind, I use cinnamon in every filling. I also make a lot of cinnamon rolls using a buttermilk biscuit recipe. Again I use a fair amount of cinnamon and this is at least the third container of this product and I’m a happy cook.

Much better the the typical cinnamon in the supermarket.
