The product is a much better build quality then the ones I have in my windows, I ordered the items on Friday inspecting the items to come next week (Tuesday), but they arrived the next day (Saturday) very quick delivery, very easy to install the Saracen locks. the price of the product is good. all in all very happy customer. What a money saver
Saved me over £80 to get this and do it myself rather than get the overpriced window repair man to do it. Very easy to replace the existing faulty one - just make sure you buy the correct one for your window mechanism.
