I would recommend it for a costume. Used this for my sons school project. was perfect.

When my husband came out dressed with his Renaissance shirt and the hat and beard that we bought to go with it I was thrilled. This is certainly not authentic expensive quality items however for the price it certainly served the purpose and looked in character for the murder mystery party that we attended. I would purchase again .

Please be aware, this is not cloth as shown in the picture. It is a very flimsy, see through material, almost like a scrub hat/hair cover. In addition, the strip of piping and feather are glued on, and ours had messy bits of dried glue on the material where those items had been stuck on. I really wish the picture had shown more accurately the cheapness of the materials and how they are attached!

We got this for my son’s 5th grade explorer speech. Worked perfectly for the price and the beard cracks me up.

I was shopping for props to sing the 12 days of Christmas and this became the “lords-a-leaping” prop. It was perfect. We’ll made, fit well and looked just what I needed it to look like. I’m pleased.

Elementary aged son used it for a Leonardo da Vinci outfit for a school project.

Beard is too big for a child. The width from the nose to the mouth is too wide and covers the child’s mouth.Hat is so cheaply made! It’s like a hospital hat; paper thickness, see they, feather barely held on by glue.It’s maybe a $5 item at best.
