We bought this for the cat we adopted to be in at night and when we have to leave for a few hours- he was a left-behind stray, so this is helping him to get used to living inside a house again. This is exactly what we needed for him. He can have his food, water, and litter box in there, the 'shelves' make it so he can move around when he wants and see out a window nearby, or just see who is coming into the room when we get home. It is sturdy and feels well made. We did do what another reviewer suggested and put a screwdriver through the hooks on the side and bent them inwards, which made it even more study. Great value and a great product. We have no complaints at all about this product. 'Shelves' are big enough for a small cat bed to be on so he has places to sleep. The directions were just pictures, but were fairly easy to figure out what to do - one of us held one part, while the other moved the other parts and hooked them together; was all put together in 15 minutes or so. The 'shelves' are sturdy and support him well, no issues of them coming loose or falling or anything.

We got this to help with bringing inside a cat we have been making friends with who lived outdoors on our property. It is decently sturdy and was easy to set up with two of us participating.We did add some plastic wire ties to several points to increase the stability of the enclosure. These were not included with the purchase.The structure is roomy enough to contain a litter box on the lowest level, with additional room for placing food bowls on the opposite side. Three shelves provide lounging space. We added folded rag rugs for comfort. Upper and lower levels have wide doors for easy access to the inside. The bottom floor is a big plastic tray, easy to wipe up spills, etc.The price is reasonable, as we do not expect this cat to have to stay in it for long. It is less than 2 weeks since we brought him in, and he is exploring our house now, but retreats to this enclosure for sleep.This is a good purchase.

I have two cats and both of them have their own cage with their own setup. I keep the cages open, so it is like they each have their own apartments inside of my room that they can come and go from as they please. I think it is the perfect size. I am able to hang a hammock in the open top area, place food and water bowls on the top platform, place a comfy area on the middle platform, a bed on the lowest platform, a litterbox on the bottom level, and a scratching post so they can climb up if they want to. I did however cut some cardboard to go underneath the litterboxes so that they would be level with the scratching post platforms and not on a slant. The cage feels sturdy but just to be safe I put zip ties in the corners/edges so the risk of it collapsing is a bit lower. The wheels make it easy to move and they have the ability to lock in place if needed. It is easy to put together if you have one or two people to help you. In the instruction manual it does say that another person is needed to help with setting up the cage. It might be possible to put it together by yourself, but I recommend finding someone to help with setting it up. The first time I got this cage I had one person help me. The second time I had two people help me and it felt a bit easier than when I had only one person to help me.

Very sturdy crate that was much cheaper than a “catio.” My 2 cats wanted a few minutes outside each day, and this gives it to them perfectly. They love being in this thing, and even hop inside of it when they’re ready to go out (we roll it inside each night to avoid having to collapse it). Our two cats have plenty of room to both feel spaced out, and they’ve never seemed to feel trapped. It also wheels around great to fit through my narrow back doorway.This thing is built very sturdy!! I don’t leave my cats in it unattended, but I have no doubt it could withstand their craziness. I bumped a star because it took so long to build. I don’t think it would have, but I finally discovered (after watching YouTube videos of other people building it in mere minutes) that one of the rods was stuck inside a bracket. I had to pry open the bracket to get it out, which was not ideal. Still, now that it’s built, it does the job perfectly and is a worthy back porch investment.

Excellent Product- disappointed that it arrived bent but we were able to bend it so that it would work. Great playpen for the kitten when you can't actively watch them and they didn't mind being put inside because it has so much room. Keeps them safe- easy to open/assemble if you watch the video but it did take two people. Litter box fit in the bottom but is easy to access and clean. After I purchased this product I did notice same product with ladders to access other shelves which was necessary for young kitten- we rigged something for them to use to climb to different levels- but it only took a few weeks for them to be able to jump up themselves. It rolled around easy so you could move it to a different location with ease. I would definitely recommend or purchase again.

This is a great, sturdy and perfect cat cage. We recently moved from the country to a neighborhood and I needed something to put the cats so they wouldn't scratch my new door frames and furniture and to help with the transition. I have two cats...one is 10lbs and one is 9lbs. I would recommend getting a litter pan with high sides or a full lid as cat litter gets all over the place. But it has a tray in the bottom that you can take out and all the trays are easy to remove, clean and put back. I put a hammock in which they actually learned how to use and I got water/food bowls that attached far from the litter at the top. I put in a cat bed (but that fell from the shelf) and I scratch post. The kitties are quiet and seem to enjoy the cage..even though before they were free to roam for miles before we moved. I am pleased with this cage. Locks are great and trays are sturdy. Easy to put together. Great size for two cats and design is wonderful.
