with Triethanolamine (restricted in use in the US) and alcloxa (1:1 mixture of allatoin and aluminum chlorohydrate) in this that is enough for me to know not to use it. the three prime ingredients are 1: aloe 2: herb water (with sub ingredients listed in parenthesis), 3 alcloxa so there's a good bit of this lovely ingredient there. Use it if you like but I would not. I wonder if the FDA accepts "Tea" as a proper abbreviation for Triethanolamine and why they made a new label changing "TEA" to "Tea" but some people are just like that.
