Q: I just installed my hard drive and it shows it has a total size of 19.8 GB not the 320 GB I ordered help please

I guess you could be seeing one of the partitions on the drive. On Windows 7 you can look at the drive by using the Computer Management utility.Go into Control Panel and select Administrative tools. Under this option select Computer Management. In the left column under Storage select Disk Management.This will show you how the disks are partitioned. You may just have to reformat the drive.Hope this helps.
