OTTERBOX Defender Series SCREENLESS Edition Case for Google Pixel 3 - Retail Packaging - Big SUR (Pale Beige/Corsair)

I have used OtterBox defender cases for all my smart phones over the years. I have to say that I have been slightly less impressed by them with each purchase. Don't get me wrong, this is the only case I will buy as I am extremely prone to dropping phones and they have always saved my phones. It saved my droid years ago in a roll over crash. Had to get a new OtterBox, but phone was fine. Just saying you can see a decline in the quality slightly from 7+ years ago. For protecting your phone from nasty falls or throws (toddler, lol), or baby chewing on it, these are going to hold up for you. And has always fit my phones great. I don't love the clip as much as I used to. Phones are so big now, they catch easily, but that isn't the clips fault.

This is amazing, like all OtterBox products. I got a pixel on a whim and realized VERY quickly Witt my clumsy nature I would destroy this phone. Luckily I found this case, the color is super cute and incredibly durable. Sure enough, as soon as I put this case on my phone it magically flew out of my hands onto the pavement and all was good!I haven't had a full blown otter box case like this before so for those of you who also haven't; if you have a screen cover to put on, do it after you put this case on. Once I snapped it into place, my screen protector was just slightly off and cracked and broke. No worries though, those come as a 2-pack! But if you are super uptight and want to save the second screen protector for some strange reason, or will let this ruin your day and put you in a rage - put it on after you put on this case.

Before purchasing the OtterBox I would drop my phone all the time. It seems that my phone was just too slippery for my hands. The OtterBox adds just a teeny tiny bit of width, depth and heft that makes it more comfortable for my hand to hold on to. The rubberized outer portion of the OtterBox is a comfortable grip, especially for somebody who has shaky hands like me. It's rare that I drop my phone anymore, something that used to happen daily or twice daily. It's not a problem to use the fingerprint reader although it just took a couple attempts to get used to the adjustments necessary with the OtterBox case in place. The phone can still be charged wirelessly with the OtterBox case on the phone. The wireless charger in our car works better than Qi charger in the house. The only challenge I had with it was following the image-based installation instructions. LOL. YouTube saved the day.

I've had this case for a few months now and it has served its purpose well. I do make sure to take care of my phone regardless of the case so it doesn't have to prove itself much.I also bought a glass protector to make up for the lack of one included.I must insist the Defender series go back to having a screen protector and have a mid level case like the Commuter. The Symmetry or whatever is a joke.Also, I have to say, this is essentially a Commuter case at the price of the Defender.Somewhat unrelated but just in case someone from OtterBox is reading this: I was very disappointed when I couldn't buy a security glass screen protector for this phone. I bought one for my last phone and though it was a little pricey, I was incredibly satisfied with it.

This phone case has definitely met my expectations. I feel the dual layer does a good job of keeping my phone safe from drops and toddlers. I can't imagine a more secure product. Considering it's durability, I am impressed with the lack of over-chunkiness. It doesn't feel obnoxiously large or obtrusive to use. My only complaint is that the charger is a tad tedious to plug in due to the plug that covers it on the case. However, I feel I would probably rather have this plug to help protect and keep the charger port clean when not in use. I was able to use my screen protector that I purchased separately with no problems. It is a close fit, but as another reviewer recommended, you could apply the screen protector after the case is applied to act as a guide.

I like the durability of the phone case and the trusted name. I am a bit clumsy and I have three young children, and we have all dropped my phone My husband has used an OtterBox Defender for his iPhone and I have used a lighter-duty OtterBox I'm the past, and both of us have been very happy with the previous phone cases.I dislike that this OtterBox does not fit well with my screen protector. It pushes up the corners like other customers have mentioned.I also use a Pop Socket due to carpel tunnel. Because of the outer layer and the elliptical cut around the fingerprint sensor, it is difficult to use with a stick-on accessory. I would love to see OtterBox come out with an Otter+Pop for the Pixel 3.

While this case is obviously more bulky than just your "naked" Pixel 3, I feel like I could throw my phone across the room and it would be fine. I've had my phone in this for a few months now and its been great. I just wish that the case came in more colors, but Pixels aren't really that popular of a phone I guess, so I understand why Otterbox doesn't make more options. Only mild complaint is that if you're a girl with long nails, the fingerprint sensor is a little hard to get your finger on, but I mean it's a very minor inconvenience and you get used to having to put your finger in a weird position after awhile. Overall, great case, 9/10.

I've been using this case for about seven months and I don't regret buying it. It definitely makes your phone a little bulkier than any other thin cases on the market but it's worth it, and it actually makes more comfortable when you're typing messages or emails. The only little detail is when I'm watching videos in YouTube and I want to drag the song all the way to the beginning, I noticed that the edge of the case invades a little bit the space for you to place your finger right at the beginning, so it starts on the second two or three, but not a big deal honestly, compared to the protection you get for your device.

Ordered this to protect my partners phone, it's a really high quality case that fits incredibly well with a great colour scheme. Can highly recommend this.

I've been an Otterbox user for at least four phones I've owned. They have saved damage and likely replacement to all of my phones. They may be more expensive than some cases, but in my opinion, they are well worth it and more than pay for themselves. My only issue with this phone is I'm disappointed it doesn't come with a built-in screen protector like the case for my Samsung S6 did. Other than that, a really nice, snug fit. I've dropped my phone a few times already in which I would have been in a bad situation had it not been for having an Otterbox on it.

Arrived on time and well packaged.Fits like a glove, all cutouts are perfect, fingerprint reader is very easy to access and works great with a glass screen protector (Tocol glass screen protector case friendly also on Amazon). It's a OtterBox so I know it will protect my phone from everyday bumps a drops. I would definitely recommend this case and really like the color too.

Love this case. Cute colour, feels very sturdy. Not super intuitive to put together, but realistically you're going to put it on your phone one time and never take it off.Would be 5 stars, but I had a big issue with the fact that when I installed this over my glass screen protector, it broke the seal between the two, and now I have huge bubbles at 3 of the corners and will likely have to replace the protector soon to stop it from getting filthy and improve the appearance of the screen

So I always buy otterbox because it's a full case. I have kids. I need a full case for when they get ahold of my phone but apparently OtterBox is being cheap now!! Honestly im very unhappy about that. Only reason in not returning is because it have a tad bit more protection then the other case I had and I bought it on sale. But very unsatisfied.
