Nicht billig aber zuverlässig und solide
Ich mache seit einigen Monaten täglich in der Früh Gymnastik- und Kraftübungen überwiegend mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht. Da zählt natürlich der Liegestütz zu einer der wichtigsten Übungen, weil fast der gesamte Körper gefordert wird. Je nach Griffweite etc. kann man einiges variieren. Mit diesen Liegestützgriffen kann den Liegestütz noch herausfordernder gestalten, der zurückzulegende Weg wird durch die Griffe nicht unwesentlich verlängert. Die Griffe rutschen selbst bei sehr weitem Griff weder auf Parkettboden noch auf Teppichen auch nur einen Millimeter. Die großen runden Auflageflächen sind weich gummiert. Mittels Knopfdruck kann man die Griffe fixieren, dann bewegt sich wirklich nichts mehr. Anderenfalls kann man auch eine Drehbewegung mit in die Übung einbauen. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und gebe daher 5 Sterne.

E il primo prodotto adidas che ho comprato a parte le solite sneackers che tutti conosciamo.Prodotto solido e stabile ce l'ho da un pò e i muscoli pettorali e braccia iniziano a prendere forma .Maniglie rotanti con il blocco , consiglio di mettere i guanti per avere grip migliore .
