the Lightweight Heavy Hitting Fun Time
I love how this system is so light and easy to set up. I've even gotten a second set for my sister's house! I put these speakers on stands for parties (for mood music & karaoke) and even used them for a Skate Contest and on a parade float this last year. I normally keep them on either side of the tv on my entertainment center & every now and then we sing karaoke rather than watching tv. I've actually used them A LOT at home and have taken them to quite a few places. I have a 1 acre property and can hear my music from anywhere in the yard. I've had it for nearly 2 years. I'm extremely happy with my system. Small & Lightweight yet pretty powerful!

This is a pretty great unit. I got it at a discounted price on Black Friday, so I feel like I got an amazing deal, but at the current full listing price I may not have been so happy. The unit is super simple to operate. Basically a plug-and-play kind of deal. The mixer plugs into an outlet and then the speakers are connected with the included 1/4" cables (no power necessary for the speakers). After you plug in these three things, you are ready to go -- just connect your microphones or other inputs. The mixer allows for 4 separate channels to be used. The speakers are not too large, but not at all small. They are probably about 2' tall and pretty lightweight for their size. They are also carpeted, which gives a really nice feel. They feel very sturdy and durable. Good for travel. The speakers can be linked to other speakers with a link cable (1/4" cable) and can be positioned to stand tall as in the picture, or lay horizontally like a stage monitor. Though I have to say, the shape of the speaker doesn't allow it to angle up like a /good/ stage monitor, but I'm not complaining too much. The mixer is not carpeted, but has that black matte feel to it. It's also nice. It's a pretty simple unit and it doesn't give you much display. Each channel has a low, high EQ knob, a volume control knob, and a FX wet/dry knob. There's also a master channel with volume control, FX (which is echo) frequency and speed. You can plug in a source (such as mp3) using RCA cables. You can also record out with the same cables. The speakers are 60watts so they can get pretty loud, but not super loud. Loud enough for band practice or a small/house show.Overall these are pretty solid speakers and I do not at all regret my purchase. But for the price I would recommend looking around just a bit more. But these are by no means bad at all!

Great for a solo act but nothing else
Can't beat this for the price but due to it being so low in power the unit has major limitations. I used it for vocals and a direct connect to my acoustic guitar, it worked perfect but if you play with a buddy you reach its limit quickly. This is for solo practice or small room sound system only!!! In my 10x20 studio it was useless.

Happy customer :-)
I have this PA system and I love it. I am a DJ so I hook it up to my lap top. Great for small events. Someone let me borrow their subwoofer to boost the bass and the sound is amazing.
