This seller exceeded my expectations with this product. I had lost the adapter for my Xantrex power pack. Xantrex told that they no longer make the product for the UK specifications. Maplins in the UK told me that I could risk buying the adapter and they would tell me if I just needed to buy the plug adapter or whether I needed to buy an adapter that actually converted the volts.I did not tell the seller any of this. However I reveieved one with the coreect specs for the UK and a plug converter too.Although my powerpack battery was completely dead. it fully charged the battery in about 3-4 days. I am so pleased. Thank you

Original AC adapter was misplaced and the battery in my Xantrex discharged longer than recommended. This adapter seems compatible though it has been charging for almost two months and still not showing full charge. At this point, I suspect the battery defective so can't blame the charger.

Worked fine while the connector was attached. After a couple uses, however, the metal connector broke right off when trying to unplug it from the battery pack. I wasn't pulling at an odd angle, but the jack input did have a bit of corrosion which provided some resistance. Seems it'd be more durable than it ended up being.

We had lost our power source for this device and couldn't find it anywhere. I was so thankful to finally find it. It works great.

A hard to find item as I had lost mine a year ago. This works well, fits the charging port and lets it charge.

Seemed to work just fine! Pretty cut and dry. Nice price and I'm glad I was able to find this replacement.
