If you're set on buying a tritium watch, consider saving your money for one at a higher price point
I bought this watch mostly because I wanted a tritium watch, but couldn't commit to the retail price. This particular watch was on sale and I jumped on it. In hindsight, I might have been better served saving up money for a little bit and purchasing a tritium watch from another brand, with a sapphire crystal and larger, brighter tritium vials. That said, this is a very nice watch, and it runs well.

I've come to love Tritium. All around good watch
Came with a dead battery and a hefty warning to take it to a Jeweler to replace it, but I was able to do it no problem. As someone who frequently is working in low-light environments, I've come to love Tritium. All around good watch. My only gripe besides the dead battery initially is that the viewing glass is not recessed at all, making it very easy to scratch and scuff.

Came as expected. Opted for the traser over the luminox because of price. Hope it is as durable as the luminox time will tell.

Good basic watch
I was looking for a tritium watch and this works well in low light at less than half the price for most watches. The complaints about waterproofing are a bit overstated as I wear this in the shower daily with no moisture getting in. As it's not a screw down crown, it's probably wise not to submerge it or expect it to be a snorkel watch. The band is very thin and plan on replacing it, but it's very durable and strong. The face may appear a bit small since it doesn't sport a typical numeric bezel, but it's actually a bit bigger than the faces on 2 Swiss Army watches I own. I like that there's no branding on it, it's a low profile basic watch. A good value for Swiss tech.

What exactly does that two year warranty actually mean?
Decent watch, if you don't drop it. I got three months out of this watch until I dropped it onto a tile floor and it stopped working. It was less than a three foot drop, so I figure it's probably easy to fix and maybe it will even be covered by the warranty. Well, Amazon's little ad here says that the seller, The Watch Co. handles warranties and repairs. After 15 minutes of digging around, it seems that the Watch Company doesn't handle warranties and that I should contact the manufacturer. Guess what, the manufacturer doesn't do repairs either. I'm just going to go back to a $60 Casio G-Shock. The last one lasted six years.

Great watch
I received this as a Christmas gift to replace a very old and wore out Luminox (I was sad to retire it). I love this Traser. The tritium markers are very bright, the white numbers are bright white and contrast with the flat black face so I can read it easily even with my eyesight getting worse with age. It is a simple design which is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a watch to tell me what time it is any time of the day. The only thing I would like to see is this exact same watch with a simple rotating bezel and a magnifier for the date. If you are looking for a watch that tells the time and always glows then this is it and was half the price of the Luminox I used to wear.

Great stuff.
Priced well. Tritium glow works well in the dark. In low light, it loses out to lume paints. Water resistance is effective for water splashes from washing hands and baths. No about to test it with depth. Pleased with the purchase so far.

Very pleased. I prefer smaller, lighter watches and this wears perfect. The illumination is excellent and surpasses my expectations.
