Amazon Basics Lightning to USB A Cable for iPhone and iPad - MFi Certified - 6 Feet (1.8 Meters) - White

Great, feels solid and allows me to sit at the other end of the sofa whilst charging my phone! Difficult to discuss longevity as i’ve Not had it long.

Good length, great non break cord but it has just broken today, after 20+ months. The plug in to the phone socket broke off the cable end, and a couple of weeks ago the cable developed a split.This cable had endured hard use, often plugged in for an hour or two while I watched You-Tube videos.

Update - purchased a 4” red lightning cableNot 4” but 6”Cable measures exactly 15cm (6 inches), so longer than the advertised 4” (tip to tip).It has USB at one end and lightning connector, with Amazonbasics name at the other.Red, rubber casings and a cable diameter of c.3mm. Neither the thinnest or thickest cable, but it does seem fairly well made and flexible. Not the strongest cable I’ve encountered though and doesn’t feel like its designed to last and withstand the rigours of pulling, bending and anything else you do with charging cables.Precise fitting connections and excellent charging speed, MFI certified too, meaning no error messages.Decent and effective lightning cable but I will likely save the receipt. It may come in handy. Surprisingly good quality for the price and work as expected, compared to the official Apple price these do the same thing for a fraction of the cost

Most charge leads that I have bought seems to fray, split or just stopped working, but a can honestly say the amazon basic lead so far has been one of the better item of charge lead that have own even better that apple. And I’ve had a few of those. All in all I cannot fault this lead, very pleased still going strong.

Second time I’ve bought this as my first one last two years and only just stopped working. Reliable. Also I like the fact they are white to match apple plugs.

Inexpensive but Cables both broke within 6 months at the join between the cable and connector.

This is the most sturdy connection of a lead I have had in 10 years. Can't count the number that have frayed at the connection to the iPad. This one looks like the dog's spherical objects.
