I’ve used my tools for a 2-3 times per week for the four weeks I’ve had them. Already my IT band is less stiff therefore less pain in my legs and even feet. Using oil right after a shower has been my go-to way to begin using and YouTube videos are a great help to know how to properly use it. Getting my daughter a set for Christmas and hoping she gets great results too!

I really love how my legs, especially, feel after blasting, I run and foam rolling is great but this really helps move out the lactic acid and keep the muscles stretched out, not tight. Great for the rest of the body too, I love it!

I have all of these tools, however, I bought them separately and it's not cheap. But totally worth it. This is an awesome deal! Do not pass it up. The book is very informative, the tools are very powerful and effective. I saw a difference in just a few days of blasting and it's been almost two months and I'm seeing even more improvement. The cellulite on my body took some time to develop so it's going to take some time to heal completely. In the meantime, I'm enjoying improvements, more joint flexibility, more energy, more everything you would want to experience.
