Effective muscle rehab or just to get back in shape
I used some bands similar to these after shoulder surgery in the past, they were very effective then, and now as I get older they are a great way to get some muscle built back into shape without a huge expense, a bunch of weightlifting equipment, or trips to the gym. They're very versatile for several exercises and muscle groups.
